		Ronald R. Woods is the owner of Woods Consulting, a firm that specializes in Personal and Professional development, Leadership, Team Building and Motivational teaching. As a former Navy A-6 attack pilot aboard the U.S.S Nimitz, he authored and presented the Personal Excellence Seminar and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal by the Secretary of the Navy. Ronald holds a B.S.E.E. and a Masters in Speech and Communication. He is a professional speaker and a member of the National Speakers Association. He is an internationally known motivational speaker and seminar leader teaching thousands of people every year to unlock the limits we place on ourselves.
		Dr. Randall Woods has ten years experience as an educator, counselor, coach, and consultant in human resource development. During these years he developed programs for small businesses, young adults, and adult learners focusing on communication, job skills, and team development in both English and second language settings. He has researched organizational dynamics and culturally diverse teams based in the United States, Hong Kong, China, Mexico, Vietnam, and Italy. His research earned him the award for Outstanding Doctoral Student of the year. Dr. Woods’ education includes an Ed.D. in Organization & Leadership from The University of San Francisco, an M.Ed. in Counseling and Guidance from The University of Texas at El Paso, and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Lubbock Christian University. Dr. Woods is a Member of the American Society of Training and Development and the National Speakers Association.
