Learning Teams (Teambuilding Part 2)

Problem Solving Teams in the new learning organization are: Teams with the ability to continually learn new skills, technologies and ways of organizing.

Length: 1 Day Seminar

OVERVIEW

This is the second part of a two part series. This program covers the hottest topic for the new millennium-Team Building. With the work force doing more and more with less and less (time and resources), the need to increase efficiency and productivity is paramount. This seminar breaks team building down into practical easy to apply concepts. These include: Are you in a group or on a Team? Characteristics of Effective Leaders, How to Create Motivation, Communication Skills, Team Strengths- know them and use them, and the "Famous" Dealing with Difficult People also called (my job would be easy if it weren't for other people!). The Working with Difficult People section is funny and true to life, people are often laughing at themselves so hard they have tears in their eyes. With the humor comes the realization we are all different and must be treated that way in order to get more done, enjoy doing it, and feel good about it when the mission is accomplished.
